Calls answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
If your call is not answered immediately, please call back in a few minutes. The on call nurse may be with a patient, or speaking to a patient. Otherwise, your call will be answered as soon as they can get to their phone. If they miss your call, the nurse will call you back. Expect that call.
